Freshly prepared to order using Hungry Guest sourdough bread or baps, toasted sandwiches served between noon and 2:30pm.
We offer a range of delicious cakes baked by Sussex artisans, and scones from the Hungry Guest bakery. These might include delights such as Rose and Pistachio Cake gf & df, Coffee and Walnut gf & df, and Raspberry Bakewell Slice gf
All the gelati served at Baileys are made by Margaret and Simon downstairs, in small batches. Our dairy-based products use only organic milk and cream supplied by Home Farm on the Goodwood Estate. Whenever we can, we use seasonal fruit produced by local growers.
We do not use artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
Our gelati can be served as a magnificent Sundae with whipped fresh cream, sauces made on site and chocolate cigarillos, for example
After-Dinner Mint Sundae, White Mint Stracciatella, Milk Chocolate, Deep, Dark Chocolate and Cappuccino gelati with dark chocolate drops and our chocolate sauce,
or more simply, with your selection of flavours and toppings.

We do not use eggs in our gelati, and all are suitable for vegetarians. Almost all are gluten free. We do not use artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives in our gelati.
Please be aware that though we make our dairy-free products, milk-based gelati and nut gelati in separate batches we cannot absolutely guarantee no cross-contamination.
